NY Advance Funding Updates: text messages from NY Advance about funding requests you submit on nyadvance.com, such as application status, document requests, appointment reminders, and offer updates.

How you opt in

You opt in only by checking the SMS consent box on our online application. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to apply. It reads:

I agree to receive text messages from NY Advance about my funding request at the number provided, including messages sent by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email apply@nyadvance.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
