Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of a business's future receivables. The cost is usually expressed as a factor rate.
New York Commercial Finance Disclosure Law
For commercial financing offers of $2.5 million or less to New York businesses, the provider must give you a written disclosure at the time of the offer, including the total repayment amount and estimated annual percentage rate. Read it before you sign.
