Merchant cash advance

Working capital for New York businesses, with every cost on the table.

Tell us about your business in a few minutes and share your recent bank statements. We review your request and come back with any options available, explained in plain English before you sign anything.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply

A short form about your business: what you need, how long you've been open, and roughly what you bring in each month.

  2. Step 2

    Share statements

Upload your last 4 months of business bank statements through a secure link. That's how revenue gets verified.

  3. Step 3

    Compare options

We review your request and walk you through any offers: the amount, the total payback, and how payments work.

  4. Step 4

    Get funded

Once you accept an offer and sign, funds are sent to your business bank account.

What a merchant cash advance is, plainly

A merchant cash advance (MCA) is not a loan. A funder buys a portion of your future revenue at a discount and pays you the purchase price up front. You then deliver the agreed portion of your revenue until the purchased amount is paid.

Factor rate. The cost is usually shown as a factor rate rather than an interest rate. The advance amount times the factor rate equals the total you'll deliver back.

Payments. Payments are typically collected daily or weekly from your business bank account, either as a fixed amount or a percentage of receipts.

Every offer comes with the funder's written disclosure showing the total cost. Read it, and ask us anything before you sign.

Illustrative example only, not an offer

Advance amount
$50,000
Factor rate
1.30
Total delivered back
$65,000
Cost of the advance
$15,000

Actual amounts, rates, and terms depend on your business and are set by the funder.

Questions

Is a merchant cash advance a loan?

No. An MCA is a purchase of a portion of your future receivables. That's why the cost is expressed as a factor rate, and why the terms read differently from a bank loan.

What do I need to apply?

Basic information about your business and you as the owner, plus your last 4 months of business bank statements.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your business. Each offer states the total amount you'll deliver back and comes with the funder's written disclosure. For offers to New York businesses, state law requires that disclosure for financing up to $2.5 million.

How are payments made?

Usually by automatic daily or weekly debits from your business bank account. Your offer spells out the amount and schedule.

Will you text me?
