What we collect

• Business information: legal name, DBA, state, industry, time in business, revenue range, funding need.
• Owner contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number.
• Documents you upload, such as business bank statements.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to text messages, the exact wording shown, the time, your IP address, and browser information.
• Basic technical data such as referring page and campaign tags.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and where people leave the application. We do not record what you type into forms or record your session, and links that carry private upload codes are stripped before any analytics data is sent. Our servers also send PostHog anonymous events about application progress (for example, that an application was submitted), never your name, email, phone, or documents.

How we use it

• To review your funding request and contact you about it.
• To share your application and documents with funding providers for the purpose of obtaining funding offers you asked for.
• To keep records required for compliance and to prevent fraud.

SMS

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Storage and security

Applications and documents are stored with access restricted to our team. Uploaded documents are never publicly accessible.
